NBR: 18th birthday gift ideas?

My sister will be turning 18 in a couple of weeks and I've been racking my brain on what to get her. She's pretty spoiled so has most everything.

At first I was thinking of making some big basket with random crap & include "adult" things like lottery tickets .. but then I drew a blank haha

    Is she in high school intending to go to college? You could do a basket of college essentials.

    She is in high school about to graduate and is going to college & getting an apartment.

    I have to get her two gifts back-to-back because her birthday is Saturday May 19th and then graduation is Saturday May 26th. Blah! I was thinking for graduation I would give her apartment essentials in a plastic tub or just money. The kleenex money is a cute idea!

    I got a really neat tool kit for graduation from a family friend. I thought it was weird at the time but I used it so much at my apartment at college and still have it to this day. It is compact and has everything I need to use around the house in it. I wish DH's tools (that he hardly uses) were so compact.

    Also, I always appreciated gift cards to fast food places when I was in college. I loved getting Subway and Jamba Juice gift cards because I could grab a quick bite between classes without having to spend my own money.

    Other ideas - Some nice make up. Make up is one of those things that a college budget doesn't leave much room for. Maybe stock her up on some of her favorite makeup goodies for her bday so she can take them with her to school.
