I woke up to a brown/red wipe. I'm not cramping...I'm going to call the doctor around 7:30 so I can see if anything has changed in that time. Weare leaving for a PR vacation tomorrow night. This sucks.
Update: My doctor was on call. Because it's so early, he basically said to let nature run it's course (not in a condescending way). I'll pack lots of pads and Advil for the worst case scenario while on vaca.

It very well could be random spotting if you're not feeling any cramping or pain. I had that last time and the u/s showed LO just hangin out like nothing ever happened. Sucks that this happens right before you leave for vacation. I'll keep my FX that it stops today. Just try to take it easy. T&Ps

I had bright red/brown spotting at almost the same exact time. I had pretty much decided it was over, but baby was right were he/she was supposed to be with a great heatrtbeat.
I know it is easier said than done, but try not to stress. I'll be keeping you in my T&Ps.
