Glad I am not the only one
Haha aw, sorry! Saag paneer and naan are Indian foods - saag is like a creamy spinach dish, which you can serve by itself or with chicken or paneer. Paneer is a type of cheese, with a consistency sort of like firm tofu. Naan is just a flatbread cooked on a tandoori (Indian grill). Saag is great because it's not a spicy Indian dish, plus it has all the good stuff from the spinach!

Gotcha! I tend to avoid all Indian food because I don't like spicy food.
I had a grilled caprese sandwich on foccaccia. And I'm on my second glass of white wine.

I hear ya - I used to loooove spicy food, but after I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2004, I just can't tolerate it anymore. I still love Indian food though, I just have to stick to certain dishes and ask about spice level on others. Saag has zero hot spices (it uses garlic and some other mild spices for flavor), so if you like spinach, you might like that. Makhani (a tomato sauce) is usually pretty mild too, and you can get milder curries as well. Alu gobi is another good mild dish.
LOL Sorry, not trying to convert you or anything, DH and I are just amateur foodies and loooovvvee Indian (and Thai, and Japanese, and Vietnamese, and Persian, and Mexican...) food!

I was going to have cereal. Unfortunately, our fridge is older than I am, and apparently doesn't work very well. Our milk was chunky :'( We just bought it Friday. And the expiry date was the 16th. Stupid fridge.

Leftover ham and au gratin potatoes. And some pineapple.
And then some afternoon coffee to avoid having a mid-afternoon snack. It's working so far, but I still have an hour to go.
Mmmm...cake!
