Pregnant after IF

Spotting during 2WW (poll)

I?m spotting a little bit everyday since ET, typically in the morning.  It has been pink, and I only see it when I wipe.  This afternoon I had a little brown spotting.  I know it can be normal, I can't help but obsess.  I want to believe it?s a good sign.

Ugh I hate the 2WW!

Re: Spotting during 2WW (poll)

  • I have had zero spotting since ET.  I did, however, have crazy intense implantation cramping 2dp3dt and 3dp3dt.  It felt like intense period cramps -- not like the mild cramping I've experienced since then (which is more a stretching-out, heavy ute feeling).

I remember wanting to cheer when you talked about spotting and cramping (was it the day after your 5dt?)... because it totally reminded me of how I felt right around that time.  And btw I don't think it was too early to be implantation at all (I think there was some discussion about that on IFV?) -- those charts online seem a bit off to me, since I know many people who've transferred hatching blasts on day 5 and as soon as the blast hatches it's capable of implanting, as far as I know.

Anyway, I'm hoping and praying so hard for you.  GL, lady :)

Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.

IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.

Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

  • The day I got my BFP, I had spotting and cramping. I was sure my period had started and I was refusing to go to the bathroom! Good thing I got my BFP so I could go to the bathroom!

It was the day after my 6dt of an expanded blast.

I really hope it is implantation.  I really want to join you ladies!

  • Hi mm!! I voted special snowflake because I did have a couple instances of pink spotting, but they didn't happen until the day of and after beta (so at the end of a standard 2ww timeframe). Completely freaked me out (I had just had a positive beta and thought for sure my excitement and relief was going to be short lived) and my nurse just kept saying spotting is totally normal! I am so hoping you get good news soon!!! When are you testing/beta?

I have the shortest 2ww ever.  My Beta is on Monday 4/9.  I haven't decided if it is a good or bag thing to have such an early beta.

  • I'm on my 17th day straight of spotting. Sometimes pink, sometimes fire engine red. :-( my nurse says the medication I'm on( endometrin) could be the culprit and don't worry unless there are big clots or cramping along with it. It is literally impossible not to worry. C'mon 6 week u/s! I need reassurance.
4/13/12--1st u/s. IDENTICAL TRIPLETS (?!?) PAIF and SAIF welcome Lilypie First Birthday tickers
