I love the name Kate. I don't want Katelynn or anything like that. I feel like the middle name needs to have a few syllables since the first name is only one syllable. Any suggestions? TIA!
I know a few girls named Kate Elizabeth (one is 2 year old, one is 17).
My DD goes by Kate, but her full name is Katherine Grace.

IMHO don't go with something that starts with an E. I'm a Kate Elaine, and I hate that when they're said together, they smoosh together and it sounds like "Katie Laine".

We're considering Kate, too, and I'm having a hard time with a middle name. DD's mn is Elizabeth, so even though I like that I won't go with it again. I agree that multiple syllables are needed -- I also like things that end in "a". We're considering:
Kate Olivia; Kate Isabella; Kate Angelina; Kate Eleanora; Kate Victoria; Kate Juliana; Kate Evangelina.
