Can you feel baby "breathing"?

Sometimes I get these pulsing movements, not sharp enough to be hiccups, but pretty regular, like baby is "panting".  Anyone else get these?

    Now that I think about it...I totally feel those! I always kind of wondered what he was doing in there. Like you said, it's not strong enough to be hiccups. But I have heard that they practice breathing in there late in the pregnancy. Fun to think about :).

    I saw her "practice breathing" on my last two ultrasounds and the other night the way she was moving totally felt like she was "breathing"!
