Sinus issues and meds

Ugh. I'm traveling for work and I have some type of cold. Sinus congestion, runny nose, scratchy throat. I don't take meds often so I have no idea what I should or can take while breastfeeding. Any suggestions?

Yup.

Or if you think it could be allergies (tis the season), try Claritin or Zyrtec (no D formulas, though).

Ditto the Zyrtec; Claritin was doing nothing for me, but one day of Zyrtec (and antibiotics for a sinus infection) has me feeling like a new person.
