I get to have my first real mother's day out time!

I know it is very sad, but with breastfeeding and being far away from family (and many other things) it has been hard to plan me time. I did go see Harry Potter when I visited my mom in Texas, but Liam was only 2 1/2 months so I had to hurry back before my boobs exploded! Tomorrow I am going to see the Hunger Games and daddy gets to watch Liam.

I am super excited. I get to eat popcorn and hopefully relax :) Being a mom is a hard job! I say tomorrow all April Mom's deserve me time (free babysitting for all)! I wish I could make that happen.

Sorry I have sucked at the question of the week thing lately. I was in Texas for 3 weeks helping my mom recover from back surgery and last week Liam was sick and this week I was sick (taking care of baby with a 102 fever is no fun) and BF had the man cold. We all know the man cold trumps my fever and cold (he can actually take medicine). I will start again this week I promise!

    I'm so glad that you get "Mom" time.  It is really important, and very hard to come by.  I got a certificate for a massage from my Father in Law for Christmas, so I'm going to be doing that soon for some Me time.  

    Let us know how Hunger Games is.  I read through all of the books in about a week and DH is reading the second book right now. We're planning on waiting until he finished reading them to go see the movie, but I'm definitely excited about seeing it.  I just hope it lives up to the books.

    I thought the movie was really good. My philosophy, when I go to see a movie where I read the book, is to be prepared for it to not be as good. In my opinion they did a great job. I think fans of the book will enjoy it and the casting was amazing. 

    Also, enjoy that massage!

    I'm glad you got out!  I'm so impressed with how well you seem to be doing with so little "me-time!"
