  This happened with our bottles too, but they turned pink because SO out a spaghetti sauce pot in with them. I just washed them by hand the next time around, the color faded a bit but they are fine otherwise. I think it happens when there is something with a bit of grease like a baking pan or something In with them.

  Mine are a curious shade of orange now (again, bottle nipples, not mine).  I scrubbed with bottle brushes, soaked them overnight, sent them through multiple cycles in the dishwasher...nothing worked.

  Yup, happened to ours too, wasn't thinking and washed spaghetti pots at the same time in the dishwasher. It's faded, but still slightly orange/yellow. I had to explain at DC so they didn't think I wasn't washing them properly. Ha

  Yep ours turned pink from spaghetti sauce... No matter how many times I wash it, it won't go away.

  Remember Tang?  That powder drink...well it actually helps to clean dishwashers and I have also seen it as a remedy to clean plastics and bottles that have been stained with tomato sauce etc. I haven't tried it, but i think its worth a shot.
