  No, I believe they can check your lower uterine segment thickness but it's better at saying who won't rupture than who will rupture (i.e greater than x thickness they don't tend to see UR but less than x thickness doesn't mean you will rupture).

  Basically you have less than 1% chance of UR and there isn't much you can do to predict if it will happen to you.

  Remember even if you do rupture it's usually safely handled by an emergency c/s and both mom and baby are fine.

  No.  If they do give you odds, it's more likely based on the circumstances surrounding your first c-section (i.e. was it b/c the baby was breech, was it b/c your labor stalled, was it b/c the baby suddenly went into distress, etc).
