  Not sure if it is what you are looking for but one of our faves is green tacos. Pork roast or loin in the crockpot with beer & onions. Slow cook all day. Shred & mix with salsa verde. We use the market pantry from target & use it for taco meat. We also eat it with chili rellano squares with just the sauced meat.
