What do you use to clean dishes with?(I mean a scrubber, etc...)

I use some re-useable, washable sponge & scrubber things I got at the grocery store. Problem is, the scrubbers don't work well anyways and they just get gross after a short time.

I know I could use crocheted dish cloths, but I like a sponge-type thing.

  • I use washcloths. For anything tough to get off of a dish, I soak it and then scrub it with the bottle brush that we no longer use. That thing is great for cleaning off dishes. I especially use it like 4x a day for ds's high chair tray.

  • My SO is the dishmaster, and the man loves a good sponge. We compromise by using compostable sponges and scrubber things. There is a brand called Twist that sells cellulose based sponges [they also sell them at our local Trader Joe's], and Hemp / Jute scrubbers for more heavy duty things.
