f/u knees popping

I wrote a few weeks ago about how I was worried about my sons knees that pop all the time and was finally able to talk to my pedi about it.  The NP was worried a little about his knees because he doesn't walk (isn't really interested in standing - he will hold his legs in the lotus pose when you try to get him to stand) and he doesn't crawl yet.  Pedi looked at it and decided he has really loose ACL in his right knee especially.  He says it is common in babies and that once M decides to crawl and walk it should get stronger and stop popping.  But he does want to keep in eye on it!  I am soooo glad to know that it isn't a terrible thing - M likes to pop in when he is mad and it tends to freak me out a little.  Just thought I would share.

    Oh good! I had hoped that it wasn't a serious issue. :)

    Me too!!  Every time I stressed about my H would say "well, I guess we better start saving for surgery..." Needless to say, that never made me feel better.
