  • I am an occasional walker.  I have a bunch of hot yoga classes I need to use up, but it's hard to find the time on weekends as the classes are 90 minutes plus travel time and I would rather be with my family. 

    I own P90X and 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 and never do them.

    Can't afford a gym membership.

    Hoping to do more walking with the jogging stroller as it continues to warm up, and get into the groove so I can transition to indoor workouts once summer arrives.  I HAVE to get moving, my 20 year (gasp) high school reunion is this fall and I need to drop 20 lbs.

  • I voted couch potato, but I guess I should've voted SS. I can barely stand long enough to do the dishes with my low BP. Also, our neighborhood is not really condusive to walking and DH has the car all day, so it's hard to get out of the house. We try to bring DD to the park every weekend though. Once DD2 gets here, I'd like to start taking the car a couple times a week so I can walk around the track on base.

    If you're track is anything like our track on base then you'll love it!  I've been meeting a friend there late mornings after everyone is done PT and it's so nice.  There are usually only a couple other moms out walking.  I was surprised there wasn't more people since it's right in the middle of main post but there's not.  

    Anyways, I've been making a point to walk 3-4 miles a few times a week and I try to do a modified version of  some of the cardio pilates videos on Netflix when I have time.

  • I voted for occasional walks, but that's mostly because I have to walk a few blocks away to my car Embarrassed

    BUT I did join Planet Fitness today so hopefully I'll be less like a coach potato from now on.

  • Right now, couch potato. Once I'm cleared to excercise at my 6-week checkup, I'm going to start excercising 3 times a week. Momma wants to look like she did befoe babies!
