What do you recommend to get for sleep training books?
My LO is waking 3 times a night and wants to eat each time. He is 8mo old and was only waking 1 time per night from about 6 weeks until 4 1/2 months. Now it is 3 times a night and sometimes more. He is getting solids twice during the day too and only will eat 4.5oz of BM/formula at 1 sitting.
Re: What sleep training books?
"The SleepEasy Solution" is working for my family. It has a sleep & nap plan specific for different age groups. The authors refer to it as the 'least cry method' but it incorporates a modified CIO approach - so if that isn't your thing, you may want to go a different route.
It was simple, easy to read, and the authors walks you through every step. I tried reading The Baby Whisperer book by Tracy Hogg when DD was 2.5 mo. old. The plan made sense - but I just couldn't get into it.
Good luck!
