Treat for St. Patty's party?

I am responsible for bringing a sweet treat to Quentin's pre-school St. Patty's party on Friday, and I am stumped. Any good ideas? TIA!

  • Our school is serving cucumbers, green grapes, green melon, green sherbert, green apples and something with green frosting. You could also dye rice krispy treats too.

  • Rainbow colored licorice (the fruit flavored in different colors) with a few chocolate gold wrapped coins or Rollo's in the bottoms of the treat bags.

Looks like a rainbow with gold at the bottom.

  • DD's school is having an ice cream party with green sprinkles, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream or mint chocolate chip ice cream.  You could also do sugar cookies with green sprinkles, or apples.
