  I used to be a pizza and cereal girl, but lately I am getting by, and on my way to being known for a couple things.  I am a horribly messy cook though, the kitchen looks like a bomb went off when I am done.  I definitely have an issue with timing multiple items and with cleaning as I go.

  I can cook a few things.  My family is so picky (me included) it is hard to find new recipes to try.  I cook the same 6-10 things over and over.

  I am a pretty good cook but cannot follow a recipe. As I go through I end up changing it either because I don't have the patience for so many steps so just throw things in earlier, or because I don't have or like a certain ingredient so i switch it for something else. I've made up a few things that have been pretty big hits. The problem is, since I don't really measure it's REALLY hard to make the same thing twice.

  I'm very slowly starting to work on it, but I'm not motivated cuz I'm married to a Chef... LOL Just recently I made my own scrambled eggs for the first time...
