On top of the constant nausea, over the last few days I have been feeling lightheaded/dizzy. When I first get up (from lying down), the room spins for a few seconds. Is this normal?
Yes, it's normal. I had it with both pregnancies. If it gets really bad, I would still contact your doctor because there may be other reasons behind it. GL!

"It's not uncommon to feel lightheaded or dizzy occasionally. When you're pregnant, your cardiovascular system undergoes dramatic changes: Your heart rate goes up, your heart pumps more blood per minute, and the amount of blood in your body expands by 40 to 45 percent.
Most of the time, your cardiovascular and nervous systems are able to adjust to all these changes, but occasionally they don't, which can leave you feeling lightheaded or a bit dizzy. If you actually faint, it could be a sign that something is wrong, and you should call your practitioner."
It is not uncommon for this to happen. Pregnancy causes a natural decrease in your blood pressure. Try propping your feet up while laying down or elevating them while sitting. This will also help reduce the swelling that will be present in the next few months.
I have trouble with lightheadedness in the first tri. It's normal, but I would definitely call if you actually pass out or it starts interfering with your regular activities.
Be sure that you're staying hydrated and definitely recognize the signs that you might faint. With my first pregnancy I got caught in a long line at the post office and came very close to passing out before I made the wise decision to head out to my car to put my head down.
I have this issue if I stand up too fast. Take it slow, make sure you're drinking enough water, and definitely call your doc if it seems like it's getting worse or causing other issues!

It's very normal. I had it a lot with my last pregnancy and it was a combination of low blood pressure/ low blood sugar. I was just told to drink a lot, and eat something small every 2 hours. Also keep something by your bed before you get up in the morning if you need to.
I have to stand up SO SLOWLY almost every time I get up. It's annoying, but I'm used to it now.

Re: 7w3d and lightheaded/dizzy
Here is what I found on the babycenter.com:
