Cutting Hours/Leaving Work

Hi everyone-

I am 10w3d pregnant with twins. I am an RN, and my OB already cut my hours. I work 4 8-hour days per week. She plans on cutting me to 24 hours around 20 weeks, and then taking me out of work completely between 28 and 32 weeks. Just curious how people have felt working this far into their pregnancy with multiples? I don't have any heavy lifting required for my job, and do have some time off my feet. I'm worried that I will need to either cut my hours sooner or go out earlier....
