5 wks and symptoms have disappeared...thoughts?

I had a couple symptoms (sore boobs, mostly, slight aversion to clam smell and smoke-that ones normal) before my beta, which was 291 @ 10dp3dt and 644 @ 12dp3dt.  Starting on 11dp3dt (last Sunday), I had cramps (like before your period), and more constant cramps on Tuesday.  On Wed, nothing.  I was worried and called a nurse who calmed me a bit, said I had great betas (and may have more than one in there, according to the numbers...we did transfer 3) and, unless I'm bleeding, don't worry.  Cramps are just b/c uterus is growing already and for more piece of mind, take it as easy as possible until ultrasound on 3/19.  I've had a couple cramps since, but like during implantation time and the couple days after, and 3 nights have been hungry, despite eating dinner.  Really, no other signs for about 5 days though.  Is this normal?  Keep sending prayer up...hope the next 7 days fly by!  FYI-I'm 5 weeks today.
March 2011: Off Nuva, cycle back to "normal" for me: No periods since 15 years old. June 2011:Provera&50 mg Clomid; Progesterone:0.7 July 2011:Provera&100mg Clomid; Progesterone:3.29 Met with RE:No Clomid response, begin injectables Sep 5 mg Letrozole and Ovidrel in the interim month. Cut out running (was a distance-runner), cycling, eliptical. Restricted to weight-training, walking, pilates. Brain MRI normal. Being physically over-stressed is the reason the body stopped producing prog. Late Sep 2011: Menopur, Ovidrel,& IUI (10.10.11):BFN-Great injectable response: 2 mature, 6 near mature, many smaller; Problem: 9 cysts! Dr: IUI too uncontrolled for number of viable eggs & age. On to IVF! IVF ER 12.6: 37 mature eggs, 27 fertilized, froze all to avoid overstimulation; FET 1.22 (2 Grade 1)=BFN; FET 2.22 (3 Grade 2)=BFP! Beta 10dp3dt=291; 12dp3dt=644; HB 3.26!! 174 bpm: Vanishing twin almost completely absorbed 10wks Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I had minor symptoms at  4 weeks, none at 5 weeks, and my symptoms got REALLY bad around 6 weeks 3 days or so.. you're still very early so try to relax.

    That's what I was hoping for...a lull in the symptoms!  What I would give to have m/s now!

    I have a similar situation.  Last week I had very swollen and tender boobs all week, even through yesterday.  Then this morning it was gone!!  does this usually mean impending miscarraige??

    I am 9 weeks. My m/s got better about 6 weeks but reared its ugly head again about 7 weeks and has been terrible since then. Sore boobs have continued the whole time. I also had a lot of cramping, with no blood/spotting, from weeks 4 to 7.

    From what I've seen, it's pretty normal for symptoms to be on and off until 6 weeks.  I think at the end of your 6th week is when things REALLY starting picking up!
