i used to love getting monthly massages but have heard that massages can trigger morning sickness and nausea to pregnant women. are there certain techniques or positions pregnant women should avoid during a massage? also how is a prenatal massage different from a normal massage? thanks in advance!

You must notify them you are pregnant. Most places offer a prenatal massage and will not let you get one until you are in your 3rd tri and you will have to sign some paperwork!
I had a few during my 3rd tri and it was amazing.
TTC#1 Chart
TTC#2 Chart
IUI #1 - #4 (repronex trigger) = BFN
IUI#5 on 10/28/2008 ** BFP 11/10/08 ** EDD 07/21/09 *** It's a GIRL (07/14/09)
med/treatment free BFP 06/28/10. EDD 03/05/11 *** GIRL #2 (02/23/11)

it's the Bug and Baby Belle!
I have not found one that will do one in the 1st Tri.
But after 1st tri they are fine and make sure the person is certified in prenatal.
