We just made 8 huge pots of grape leaves....

My in-laws love my mom grape leaves, she does make awesomely fabulous grape leaves.... So we just had a rolling party. Aunt brought lunch and 7 ladies spent 2 hours rolling grape leaves. 

We, of course, cooked one pot just to taste them.... Holy crap they we amazing! :)

 ....ugh, I'm exhausted. And happily stuffed...

    What did you make with the grape leaves?

    DH makes killer dolmades. I don't know what else to make with them.

    Audrey is going to be a big sister!

    Today was just making grape leaves, the ones we ate were just to taste... Normally they are just a side dish with a meat, lamb generally... Or often ham.

    We normally do grape leaves as a side for holidays. The pot I have, I froze and will use on Easter with, as you could imagine, one of many sides.

    If you were going to just have grape leaves, you could just eat it with Lebanese bread & yogurt....
