Pressure... Should I be worried?

Is this weird or should I be worried?

I have  been having a huge amount of pressure down there. I can only say that it feels like when you have a UTI and have pressure and the feeling that you have to pee all the time. But when I pee I have no pain. However, I constantly feel like I have to pee and have been squeaking it out all day. I am glad that I am at home today because I wouldn't want to be caught away from the potty.

Is this normal? Could it be possible that she has dropped at almost 30 weeks? My stomach does look lower than before. It is just one more thing that I get to last to the list of things making me uncomfortable.

    It is possible you Lo dropped. I have had the same pressure since 29 weeks and Lo had dropped doctor said. But it doesn't hurt to ask your ob anyways!

    It's possible that it could still be a UTI. Pregnancy does weird things and many times a UTI does not have the same symptoms as when you are not pregnant. I had a UTI at 27 weeks that I didn't know I had until I went into PTL and ended up in Triage. I didn't have any symptoms other than contractions. You may want to have your urine checked.

    I had the exact same thing happen at 30 weeks and it turned out the baby had dropped.

    I had uti symptoms last weekend as well (I'm currentlyn37 weeks). Was tested twice 3 days apart for uti because of constant urge to go with very little coming out. I didn't leave the house except for my doc appointment. Midwife did an internal to make sure everything was okay. Turns out baby 's head was engaged at +2 station causing the constant urge to go. Midwife recommended over the counter AZO to help with urinary frequency relief. It is a miracle worker! I will be using it until lo arrives! I am currently one week past onset of symptoms with great relief and no sign of baby making an appearance.
