Since I work shift work, and only have weekends off occasionally I don't really have a routine. But, my day off routine it usually to sleep until I can't anymore, then casually get up and get ready for the day. Sometimes that's not till 1 in the afternoon. I love it most times, but others I am jealous of DH. He is a mon-fri guy.

I get up and out! Usually a long run - 6-10 miles, but this morning I opted for a killer spin class instead. Then brunch, and either the farmers market or the flea market! I LOVE Saturdays. The genius of working out early is you can lounge the rest of the afternoon and eat whatever you want - guilt free!
You are way better than me!!! I like to run once I do it, but can never seem to get motivated to do it!!
Those first few steps out the door are ALWAYS the hardest! It'd be a lot harder if I didn't have someone counting on me to meet them at the trail!
