Movement and pop?

Hi girls. I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow and I am desperate to feel baby move. I know this is different for everyone, but when did you feel baby move? I thought about buying a doppler but I'm thinking that by the time it would arrive, I would either have my next OB appt (3/22) or feel the baby move.

Also, when did your belly "pop"? I am definitely showing, but haven't popped yet.

I haven't felt movement yet at 19 weeks but I have an anterior placenta. My bump officially popped this week though. It now looks like an official baby bump!

I started feeling something just before 20 weeks. By 23 weeks there was no question that what I was feeling was baby, as I could watch my stomach move too. I would say I really popped around 20-22 weeks.

I have an anterior placenta, so I didn't feel a lot of movement until around 22 weeks. Now I feel the little guy kicking all the time! I think my bump popped around the same time too.

It's totally different for everyone and depends on where baby likes to hang out, where your placenta is located, and how active your LO is this early. All of my books and my OBs said most people don't feel anything until 20-24 wks.

I was one of the lucky ones to start feeling flutters very early - at about 15 1/2 wks, but it was only once or twice, usually in the middle of the night when I was wide awake and had nothing to distract me. The earliest movements just felt like butterflies in my stomach, except they were happening an inch or two below my belly button. Even after I knew what I was "looking" for, I still only was able to feel it maybe once a week for the first few weeks. Actual kicks I didn't start noticing until about 19-20 wks.

I would say my belly started showing a little around 15 wks, I could have hidden it up until about 20 wks, and after that the growth became much more noticeable. I would say 22-24 wks was probably one of my biggest growth spurts. Just had another big jump from 28-30 wks. Actually hoping it slows down a bit now!

I have an anterior placenta so I just started feeling her move at 24 weeks. I still can't feel her when I stand but I am able to feel her when I lay down especially on my sides. I am now 26 weeks and I would say I feel her about 10 to 15 times in a 24 hour period.

I popped around 14 weeks, but I'm having twins. One has an anterior placenta, one has posterior. I started feeling one baby at 19 weeks, the other at 20

I was one of the really lucky ones that started feeling her move around 15 weeks. I wasn't sure if it was really the baby at first. To me it kind of feels like a tiny little muscle twitch. I'm not really sure when you could say I "popped" but now that I have officially announced it at work, people are starting to say they can see my little belly. Nobody noticed a thing though for the first 18 weeks.
