Headache Worry :(

For The Past Week Ive Been Getting A Little Headache Almost Everyday?

Every Time I See The Doc Everythings Fine No High Blood Pressure No Protein In Urine So I'm Worrying Now?

What Could It Be?
FYI havent' Been Sleeping as much.
Can that cause it?

Re: Headache Worry :(

  • I have been having the same problem. Could be lack of sleep, definitely. Make sure to drink lots of water, too. Not much has helped my headaches, but a cold pack on the back of the neck seems to make it more bearable. Good luck too you, try not to worry too much! ( and let me know if you find any good tricks for relief!)

  • hopefully its just lack of sleep .

yes i try to drink lots of water maybe drink a little more.

    thank you & will do!
  • For me, I was a big caffeine drinker pre-pregnancy. My Dr said before you take Tylenol or medication to try to get rid of a headache, try a little caffeine. A few sips of your husband's soda/pop/coffee or just pour yourself some. That has killed me having any headaches. Could be something you could try and see if it helps. I have a little caffeine every few days to keep the headaches at bay.

In my case, I was getting them daily until I started a little caffeine every few days. So you could try that for a few days. But I always recommend checking any concerns with your Dr.

  • I just posted something similar on the May board this morning.  I have had a constant headache for the past 4 days.  So far, Tylenol has done nothing for it but laying down in a quiet, darker room seems to help a bit.  I think I may try the caffeine thing next.  GL!
