  hmmm- i dunno. i do know that frozen milk must be used within 24 hr of thawing? so i guess if you make both milks the same temp and feed shortly thereafter it wouldn't be a prob

  i wouldn't, only because you have to use the defrosted bm within 24 hours while you can keep the fresh bm for several days in the fridge

  i did and my son never had a problem. they weren't even always the same temperature. a screaming hungry child makes things a little hectic!

  You can as long as the fresh milk is chilled and it is a smaller amount than the frozen amount
