Guess I will say hi here (a bit long, sorry)

I am expecting ID twins (EDD 10/15). I was on modified activities after my first appointment mostly as a precaution due to several complications I had with DD's pregnancy (PTL,arthritis) and due to having twins. Had to go in today because my hyperemisis has gotten to be unmanageable. My BP was elevated, had protein and ketones in my urine,so I am now on bed rest. If there is not clear improvement in the next two weeks, I have to go on hospital bedrest. I was transferring to a MFM/ high risk practice, and have not seen them yet. I will be calling them tomorrow to update them and see if they are in agreeance with the care plan, as they will be taking over my care next week. Luckily DH works from home during the day and my mother lives across the street, so I have plenty of help both during the day and night. I was on bed rest with DD from 7 months, so I am a bit familiar with the process. Wasn't quite expecting bed rest at this point (was mandatory at 28 weeks though) DH ordered an Ipad to keep me busy this time, so yay! Looking forward to hanging out and letting these babies grow.

    Wow, this is interesting.  I've never come across someone I knew on TB before.  Congrats on the babies, and I hope everything works out for you.  T&Ps going your way!  Say hi to Topher for me.

    Good luck.  And the IPad will really help with the boredom of bed rest. I love mine.
