  Maybe try a craft store! They always have stuff like that, but you'd have to stain it yourself.

  Crafts stores have them. You may have to paint/stain them yourself though. I know Michael's carries various types of wooden shelves.

  I just googled "Shelf with hanging rod" or "shelf with rod" and got a bunch of results. Not sure how much you want to spend, but might at least be a starting point.

  That looks similar to towel shelves that people hang in their bathrooms. Have you tried looking in a different department?
