Man my DH wishes I didn't know how to order from Amazon.
A lot of the things ship together- if you order directly from amazon and not a 3rd party vendor.
I would look especially for things that say 'PRIME' because it will be free shipping as long as you have 25.00 of prime merchandise.
I have PRIME membership too, but if I'm not mistaken it only shows up prime if you have it and are signed in. I know that if I'm not signed in I don't normally see the things that are available.
I think all books ship for free on orders above $25. When you're searching for other items, you can check a box on the left sidebar that says something like "Super Saver Shipping Only." That will show you just the items that offer free shipping (as long as you order more than $25 worth).
Sometimes the shipping from non-Amazon retailers can be ridiculous, so watch out for that. You can often find the exact same item for a wide range of prices, too, depending on the retailer. Somewhere on the item's page, Amazon does tell you what other retailers offer the item and their price, so it's easy to compare.
I don't know anything about codes, though.
