So I'm not feeling sick in the mornings (yet) but cereal isn't tasting good. I'm pretty sure it's the milk, as I had a glass this morning and it just doesn't taste right. So any suggestions on something else to have?
I'm currently eating a sliced up pear, some honey, and greek yogurt.... but when dairy doesn't look good I usually just scramble some eggs add some veggies and eat it on toast.

I lived on apple oatmeal with raisins mixed in. After it was cooked, I put a blob of peanut butter in the middle and let melt in the oatmeal. Breakfast had great sticking power and I got protein.

I had been eating cinnamon raisin bagels, but had to puke in the middle of it yesterday so I think that one's out for a while. Fruit is usually good, granola bars, eggs, .... or just whatever sounds good even if it's not "breakfasty". lol

For past 3 weeks I have been eating apple oatmeal with rasins as well....You had me until you mentioned the peanut butter in the middle.
i was eating egg, cheese and turkey sausage on an english muffin for the first week but then the turkey sausage and the egg started to become unappetizing. I tried cereal and hated it even though i usually at it every morning pre-pregnancy. Now im onto grilled cheese, its easy to make, has the calcium/protein, and doesnt make me sick. hopefully that will serve me well for a bit. I tried adding tomatoes to it this morning for the extra nutrients but didnt really like it as much so going to nix it.
I also have to admit though that i after i ate grilled cheeses the past 2 mornings, i followed it shorly after by chicken noodle soup at around 9 or 10am. whatever works!
Try soymilk. The taste difference is subtle and even comes in a light vanilla flavor that I use for cereal and coffee (I've never liked the taste of cows milk).
