EF present for 3 yo Girl

I need a present for a girl turning 3 on Thanksgiving. ?DH, of course, didn't tell me we needed a present until today. ?So Etsy is out. ?It will have to be from Target or some other local store. ?Would like to spend under $10. ?Any good ideas?

    Can you not make something by then?  I am making our 1 yr old niece a stuffed animal.  Shouldn't take too long.

    Sadly I am not that good at making things :o( ?It would probably take me forever. ?I think it would also go unappreciated and perhaps be left at our house...

    our toysrus has a whole section of wood toys. I didn't find it till my DS was about 5 months but it has shapes that you pop into a box, stacking rings and wood puzzles. Lots more like that too at a pretty good price. You might try that.

    It's not EF, but target carries these cute little dolls from Toyi called Pixie Pals and they are SO cute and only like $2 a piece.  I actually got a couple on clearance at one Target for under a buck a piece.

    They're fabric w/ yarn hair and cute outfits.  At least there's no plastic :)
