Do you read reviews or write reviews?

I am slightly obsessed with reading reviews before I purchase items. (not everyday items) I also love writing reviews! DH think it is strange that I put so much stock into reading reviews and writing reviews. I read more reviews than write, but will definitely give credit when or where credit is due.

Honestly, this is me (and DH!) as well. I love reading reviews and while I don't write very many, I definitely will if I love the product or hate it and want to warn others.

Yay! I am not alone. haha! I always start to tell DH what the reviews were on a product and he thinks it is so funny. Now he teases me about it!

I mostly read. Occasionally I write.

These days, I think it is just really smart to read reviews when making purchases, especially on big ticket items. It is one huge advantage of the internet, in my opinion.

I'm the same way! I have carefully researched (& read about a bajillion reviews) for everything we've had to buy for baby's arrival. I also do this with other purchases, & I, like you, LOVE to write reviews! Sometimes, if it is good enough, I will write to the company to let them know how happy I am with their product. I just love getting the replies. : )

Ditto all of this. I am a huge product junkie, so I always read reviews at Sephora (if applicable) prior to purchasing. And I find that 90% of the time, I agree with what was said. I need to be better about taking the time to write reviews though. As appreciative as I am of them, I should pay forward the feedback.

I read reviews for any major purchases I do. I just did tons of research on ds's new carseat after his Nautalis had issues and Graco pissed me off. I think customer reviews and consumer reports are great resources. Lots of times some reviews you have to take with a grain of salt, but if you see the same complaint over and over, it's probably a legit complaint.

I often forget to write reviews though.

I do read the reviews, espeically on big purchases or things I am just not sure of.

At this point I've not felt strongly enough about anything I've purchased to write a review.

I always read reviews and then I get frustrated because there is always one that makes me second guess getting something. When that happens I go to another site and read their reviews too.

I rarely write reviews. I wish I was better about it because I find it so helpful when ppl take the time to write them.

This! I think they only review I have written is the VERY negative review I gave our wedding photographer.
