tender tummy

i noticed this yday at work when i lifted a child off of the changing table and their knee put minor pressure into my tummy under my belly button area. and just now i went to pull my pants up when my thumb slipped and i felt the same thing. its tender when pressure is applied. i know everything is stretching and somewhat sore. i notice that when im reaching for something or when i lay on my stomach. i dont think anything is wrong, just wondering what u guys are expierecning at eight weeks as well

I am 7 weeks but I have the same thing. I also had it with DS. Everything is growing and stretchingin there. I can't remember when it stopped feeling so sensitive.

Totally... I am 6 weeks today and this past week my stomach felt like it had been through a killer work out! Actually feels much better today but it was definitely painful to roll over while sleeping.

I find when I sneeze sometimes that I feel like my stomach is tender like I've pulled a muscle. I just chalk it up to everything growing and stretching.

Hey! You should add a ticker so we can see how far along you are =]. Im having some tightness and soreness like I worked out, also I did snezze the other night and was laying completely flat on my back and Oh BOY it felt like I ripped an ovary in half! I had a few tears. =[

I have been feeling the same...kinda scary as this is my first pregnancy and I am still a bit scared that something will go wrong. Have not had my first OB appt yet but according to my LMP I am about 6 weeks right now. Best wishes to all!
