Round ligament pain?

Yesterday and today I've been having some side stitch like pains on my right side. They are not really down low, but more like if I draw a line from my belly button to the side of my abdomen. Would this still be RLP? They definitely feel muscular and not like menstural cramps. Any thoughts??
Lots of natural cycles, 2 IUIs, and 3 IVFs later, our miracle girl/boy twins were born 08.04.12 at 35w6d. We are in love!

    It is possible rlp. I haven't felt too much going on in my pelvic region aside from pain during a sneeze which I know for sure is rlp. However this last week, I have popped so to speak, and I was feeling generally achy down there, so I am also wondering if that is also some form of rlp. In any case, since you are carrying twins, you are going to be stretching and popping way before me, so it is quite likely you are feeling something related to your uterus growth spurt.

    IVF #1 ET 1 d3 embryo 10/30/11 BFP
    3 Embryos frozen (1 d5, 2 d6)

    DS born 07/29/12

    FET #1 ET 1 d5 embryo 02/10/15 BFN

    FET #2 1 d6 embryo didn't survive thaw, transferred last d6. CP :(
