Rough Day

Yesterday Leap day was baby Sawyers original due date! The baby and I decided to take a car ride down the street with daddy to run an errand and get some fresh air, I was in the back middle seat sitting next to Sawyer and as we were stopped at a red light, a lady rear ended us going 30-40miles an hour! she didnt even brake! Luckily hubby was okay my head was pounding and Sawyer was screaming all i could think about was him! The hubby rushed us to the hospital to be checked out. I had a concussion and thankfully baby sawyer only had a mark on his chin and a rash from his seat belt. Thank God for his car seat and Thank God again for watching over our family. Our baby really is a warrior and we are so blessed. Please Remind family and friends to not text and drive!

    bummer!  glad you are all ok.  P.S. time to get a new carseat.  Once you have been in an accident (even if the carseat looks undamaged) i believe it is time to get a new one.  You never know if the structural integrity has been weakened.  check your handbook, but I am pretty sure you are supposed to get a new one.
