So, not tryin to be artificial or all P&R, but there's been a lot of either genuine disappointment or some negativity on the boards so I thought maybe we could balance it out with a "count your blessings" thread. Is there something that's going RIGHT or WELL in your life right now that you're thankful for -- TTC related or not?

I'm thankful for no snow right now. It's cold and rainy, but at least there is no snow.
I'm also thankful for new socks. I went through my drawer of socks and threw away all the ones that were really worn, stained, or had holes in them, and replaced them with brand new socks. I got colorful ones too!
I'm thankful for my mom. She is so supportive. She didn't have any trouble getting pregnant but she always seems to say the right thing. I am so thankful I can talk to her about our troubles with ttc and not have to worry about getting upset by something she says.
I am also thankful for my DH. Even though his SA results were bad he was so sweet and comforting to me when we found out. He put off his plans to just sit there and hold me. I just hope that when he processes how he feels about it I can give him the same comfort and support.
TTC our first since November 2010

It is not for us to say who, in the deepest sense, is or is not close to the spirit of Christ. We do not see into men's hearts. We cannot judge...It would be wicked arrogance for us to say that any man is or is not a Christian. ~C.S. Lewis
I'm thankful for my husband he can always make me laugh even when I want to be mad at him! I'm also thankful for all our happy and healthy animals they keep me sane.
Thankful that God is in my life, and for all the little blessing that may go overlooked throughout the day. Also thankful for the amazing lunch I got to share with DH. Yum!
And of course ....my baby boy.
i love having a drawerful of brand new socks! colorful ones too!

I'm in Indiana too and loving this weather!! It was pretty dreary this morning but it warmed up, the birds are chirping, it smells like spring & the sun is shining. Doesn't get much better than that!
I'm also thankful that I've got an amazing husband, two super special fur kids and a job I love. Plus we're almost debt free (not including our mortgage) which allows us to relax about money a little bit.
I'm thankful for my hubby and that we have started TTC after so many months of talking about it.
I'm also thankful for having a job that I love and that challenges me daily. Even if I do work terrible hours, in a near constant state of stress, it is a part of who I am.

I am thankful for my closest friends (who know what I am going through and ironically is going through similar situations with TTC) that I can turn to in times of need.
Also thankful for DH, since he has been so supportive and positive thinking when I hit rock bottom.

I am thankful for my son. For my patience and compassion when dealing with temper tantrums and misbehavior.
For my church. I love love love my church. Everything about it, I couldn't ask for anything better. For volunteer work I've started there and being able to reach out to, help and work with elementary kids who are passionate about God. I love it.
For my husband and his constant effort in things, his dedication to school.
For my health. Even small things - I just got over a cold and it is an amazing feeling to breathe through my nose again. Oh how much we take for granted!!

I'm thankful for some new budding friendships.

Today I am most thankful of my awesome friends who I work with for making even a stressful day at work worth it. I am also thankful for my sweet cuddly pup who is a huge part of my heart. Finally, I am very thankful for my nice warm home and easy peasy gas fireplace on this cold snowy afternoon!
Oh, and Hubs is pretty fantastic too.
Thank you for posting this!
Im really thankful for my mom. I posted an update about her biopsy she had to have and she's doing really good and positive. They said it was 2 cm and that if it is cancerous that it would most likely be very beginning stage. So she's very strong and feel like it will be ok. Im so proud of her and how strong she is. She really is my hero and the most positive, beautiful person I know.
I am thankful everyday for my DH, that after all our years together the man can still give me goosebumps with a kiss.
For my DD, she is so beautiful, smart, and thank God, HEALTHY!
For starting out on a TTC journey again and with help from a good friend and this board, staying optimistic!

Baby BOY!
my currently-reading shelf:
FH and I decided to move back to NY. Two days before I left, 4 months ahead of him, I got a call for an interview. I returned to NY, interviewed and I was told it would take the committee 10 days to review me and other applicants, they called me two days later and offered me the job. They have amazing benefits, health wise, a free state of the art gym, and when we do resume TTC (now, pushed back until December, hence my disappearance lately), they have free childcare at two of their locations, one of which my location is close to. We are incredibly thankful, and I've had other interviews as well, one of which if it pans out, will make a very hard decision for me, for us.
I'm also thankful for those who replied to my curiosity thread about what you all do for a living, I did go the Direct Care route for the moment, although the other position I'm waiting to hear back on is Criminal Research and I would die for the position!
Completely agree!
Thanks so much for the positive post! Love it.
I'm thankful for my parents who are really some of my best friends. They're really great people. I'm thankful for my husband who teaches me something new every day and for allowing me to be a step-mother to his children (and hopefully mother to his third child soon). So thankful for my silly ugly dog, who always knows how to cheer me up. Thankful for my girlfriends who are always there to force me to go to the gym, have a beer with me when I need one, and laugh the days away. Also, thankful for The Bump - I'm learning so much and it's such a great outlet.

I am thankful to be 30, and not feel a day over 12.
I am thankful for waiting to buy a house until this year, where we can afford to buy a dream house (for us) with having a complete down payment saved up with plenty of wiggle room for the Oops in life.
I am thankful for amazing friends and family that support and love us.
