U/s this morning only saw what might have been a sac, but it was only measuring 5w. Some other "cystic" growth that they are questioning as possible molar pregnancy. My doc is supposed to call back with any further testing.
So what can I expect as far as miscarriage? When? Just like a period? I guess if it is molar (please don't let it be) I would need aD&C?
Re: Not good.
Oh, Mousey. I am terribly sorry to hear this. You are in my prayers. : (

i'm sorry
m/c wise- i had an ectopic that ended with a methotrexate shot. lots of bleeding & cramping & clots. but everything went quickly & my levels were at 0 within 2 weeks. but it differs with everyone. in regards to a molar (which i do hope it's not) i was told i'd need a D&C + would be required to wait 6-12 months before trying for another pregnancy (i didn't have a molar)

Oh Mousey! I am so sorry. :-( I know it's slim, but I'm going to hope like hell that you just have a slow grower. Anything is possible. Perhaps not likely, but possible.
As far as the m/c, when I miscarried it was right after the baby's heart stopped beating...it had been beating really slowly and then stopped. It was spontaneous. The cramps were terrible and I felt like hell for 3 days. Then I kind of came out of it...continued to bleed for a couple of weeks.
Big hugs to you. I am so incredibly sorry.
Well crap crap crap : ( I will hold on to that glimmer of hope but this just sucks!!!
Oh, I'm so very sorry and I'm praying super hard that it isn't molar.
As for when the miscarriage will start, that is so hard to say. With my second loss, my baby had died two weeks before I found out and I had no bleeding whatsoever and opted for a D&C. I also think the experience with regards to bleeding is different for everyone. Most likely it would be like a very heavy period.
Again, I'm so sorry.
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

I believed in baby boy Mary, and I will be praying for little Mousey as well. A glimmer isn't nothing. So there!

I am so sorry!
No! I'm so sorry. I have no experience with a molar pregnancy but I hope if this is not a viable pregnancy (not sure how far along you are supposed to be measuring, stranger things have happened!) you can get through it without a D&C.
I'm so sorry. Keeping you in my prayers.

Oh Mousey, I'm so so sorry.
My only true m/c was a blighted ovum and I had to have a D&C because I never bled on my own.
