Anyone know of any that are not rubber? Like really tiny ones that are lined or cotton? We have been using the tiny rubber ones but at her haircut Saturday the hairdresser said they are breaking her hair and really bad for it. But it was a regular hair place (not one for kids) so she had no suggestions as to where to look. I've checked out Walmart and wegmans. I was thinking somewhere like Clair's but haven't made it to the mall yet.
i have some goody ones that are bigger than the tiny ones, but still pretty small that are lined like a hair tie. I don't like them though.. they are too small to go around enough times to be tight but too big otherwise..https://www.goody.com/#/grid/default/products/mini_gentle_elastics
The ones I use now for Eve's hair are https://www.target.com/p/Goody-Elastics/-/A-13966621 (i think). they are thinner and stretchier than the ones I use for my hair, but they stay in better for her than the tiny ones.

I've never had any luck with claires myself, we've bought them at BuyBuyBaby, but I think they were the rubber kind as well, I've never seen the little ones in anything but rubber.

Maybe you can contact Haircuts for Peanuts? They are a kids salon, they might know where you can find them.
We use the Goody Girl bands too - I like the small ones since I like to just pull her front back to a sort of side-ponytail thing. But I can do full pony tails too. I have only found that size at WalMart.
Ok - so I thought that they were called Goody Girl..guess not. But I really like these and the only place I have seen them is Walmart (in the regular adult hair stuff aisle)
We have a tough time finding them at stores though. My Mom ususally is who finds them. She most recently bought T a pack of them at Walmart, but she said they were the Faded Glory brand instead of Goody.

Oh yeah! Those ones are nice, and they stay in surprisingly well!

Thanks guys! I will probably buy a variety of what was posted. Her hair is not thick, but even if some of them are too big she should eventually grow in to them.
