I know there are gals out there who will hate me for saying this, but has anyone else made it through so far without any pregnancy symptoms?
It terrifies me that I don't experience the urgent peeing/nausea/fatigue that everyone talks about and besides a healthy 8 week u/s and the fact that my mom also had no symptoms I still (at almost 10 weeks) wouldn't believe I'm pregnant!

I hate you!
Just kidding!
I think that's awesome. I have had other friends with little to no symptoms at this stage in their pregnancies, and both of them went on to have totally normal, healthy pregnancies. Though one did end up with more fatigue and discomfort and things later on, so you might not get off totally scott free.
As much as the first trimester can be hard (really hard for some), pregnancy is natural and should happen, and women have been doing it for thousands of years. You must just be made for makin babies! Enjoy it.
