No symptoms at 10 weeks?

I know there are gals out there who will hate me for saying this, but has anyone else made it through so far without any pregnancy symptoms?

It terrifies me that I don't experience the urgent peeing/nausea/fatigue that everyone talks about and besides a healthy 8 week u/s and the fact that my mom also had no symptoms I still (at almost 10 weeks) wouldn't believe I'm pregnant!

  • Embrace it and enjoy. Especially since your mom didn't have any symptoms, I really wouldn't spend another second worrying about it. Just enjoy the fact that you are feeling good!

  • I  hate you!

Just kidding! :D I think that's awesome. I have had other friends with little to no symptoms at this stage in their pregnancies, and both of them went on to have totally normal, healthy pregnancies. Though one did end up with more fatigue and discomfort and things later on, so you might not get off totally scott free.

As much as the first trimester can be hard (really hard for some), pregnancy is natural and should happen, and women have been doing it for thousands of years. You must just be made for makin babies! Enjoy it. :)

  • I myself have been symptom free 98% of this first trimester. This is my first pregnancy and my mom never had symptoms so everyone keeps telling me not to worry and enjoy. However at my first doctors appointment 4 weeks ago they didn't even try and hear a heartbeat and just old me to schedule an ultrasound. Well my first ultrasound is finally approaching and Friday can't come soon enough. I have been trying not to freak myself out and my husband has even caught me squeezing my own chest just to make sure they're tender (caught haha). I have very little to almost no bump and the thought of a missed miscarriage seems to be in the back of my mind constantly. I just want to hear a heart beat and it'll throw all my worries out the window.
Keep up with the positive thoughts and I'll try and stay there with you! We're lucky to not have symptoms. Lots of woman envy us for this. I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone. Best of luck and congratulations!

  • Right there with you...no symptoms except for sore boobs and a disappearing waistline. Otherwise I feel great! It feels like the twilight zone and someone could be playing the worst trick on me but I'm going to go with it because worrying changes nothing. I'm happy to be PG right now.

  • I haven't had any morning sickness.. The only reason I really know I'm pregnant (besides that I listen to the hb with my doppler every day) is that my belly is already gigantic and I have to pee 5 times a night!

  • Lucky, lucky lady!  I've been sick since before I even realized that I was preggo.  I am hopeful for the next trimester - fingers crossed - but have stared to embrace the fact that I may be sick the entire time.
  • I am in the same boat as you and I am really happy as I don't handle nausea and vomiting well at all. My only symptoms are fatigue which is due to the fact that I am awake at 2 every morning and unable to get back to sleep. But I am glad just to have these symptoms and not morning sickness
