How did you find your Nanny?

We are looking for a part time nanny to care for our LO for a few days per week so I can attend meetings while DH is at work. Can anyone refer me to great sources to find a nanny? Also anyone have any success with sites such as sittercity and/or care.com?

    We used care.com and found a wonderful nanny for our nanny-share.  Worth every penny!  You can also find some good recommendations on DC Urban Moms.  Good luck in your search.
