  I like Gianna Eve or Gianna Rose. A friend of mine had a baby and named her Gianna Love. I thought it was adorable.

  I'd stay away from Ivy and Eve (even though I love them both!) because I think the v sound is a bit much with Olivier.  I think Lynn kind of runs together with Gianna, but I like it otherwise.  So, Rose and Marie are my favorites.  I have a soft spot for Rose, and it would be my pick.
