AW: PIPs of Reese and quick birth story

I will write a longer birth story soon - but since yesterday at 5am until now I've gotten about 7 hours of intermittent sleep.

Reese Madeline was born yesterday the 25th at 636am via C section at 38w1d. She weighed 8lbs 3.1oz (ultrasonds were pretty much right on track) and is 20 inches long. The C section was actually pretty easy. I'm sore, but up and around. Reese scored 9 and 9 on her apgars, needed no NICU time whatsoever, came out screaming like crazy and perfectly pink. Her and DH stayed with me in the OR while I was being sutured up and she came right with us to recovery. She is breastfeeding pretty well. Her Daddy is absolutley smitten and she calms the instant she hears his voice every time!! We are so absolutely in love. I will share the whole story soon!
