I'm tired of being pregnant!

I'm ready for this to be over! I feel like I've been pregnant for forever.

I'm tired of my back, legs, and feet hurting, and lo keeps doing something, I don't know what it is but it makes my frickin' "V" hurt! I know this is all for the greater good and I love my son so much already, but I just want my body back. I miss my hot tub and wine.

Ironically there have been several times that I wished I could put DD back in the belly despite wanting her to be out so bad towards the end of my pregnancy. Hang in there, the worst is likely yet to come and I really don't mean that to come across as snark.

Ha! I totally understand this (and its total non-snark). My first pg I just couldn't wait to meet DS, was miserable, and just wanted him OUT. Then I realized that despite all the pain they are still SO much easier to take care of on the inside.

This pg is probably a million times harder than the last one and I'm still hoping she stays in every day she's supposed to because I know things are going to be absolute chaos once she's here.

Oh man, ditto to both! I totally 100% understand what you are saying OP, I am ready for the pregnancy aches and pains to be over. But I am also 100% terrified of having DD here too... the chaos is going to be crazy for a little while. Plus we have soooo much to do to get ready for her arrival and DH thinks I am nuts for being anxious about it. I kinda want to smack him every time he tells me not to worry about it.

Its probably just showing my novice mommyhood, but I totally agree. I hate feeling like a 70 year old. I'm used to feeling fit and not having constant aches and pains. I like being able to grade the students papers without my hands aching, or getting in and out of a car easily, or being able to go longer than 30 minutes without peeing.

I hear what you're saying, and trust me it only gets worse when you're closer to the end. But being this is the last pregnancy for me, and I struggled to get pregnant this time, i'm trying to enjoy every last second. Because before you know it, your baby is about to turn 6!

I totally understand what you are saying! I love my children to pieces, but I hate being pregnant and I am so thankful this one is it for me!!! I cant wait to meet my daughter and hold her in my arms! Unlike others, I never miss being pregnant once the baby is here! I love it because I can feel normal again and get back into my routine!!!

I am days away from being 38 weeks and I am so ready to get back into my pre-baby shape body, have a glass of wine every now and again, and make love to my husband without the bump. I love my unborn child but it is slightly depressing when you were a size 4 and now you are a size 8/10. OMG!!! It is great to know that there are and were other pregnant women out there who understand the pleasures and pains of pregnancy.
