Re: OMG MC!!! Your pork tenderloin
She gave up FB and The Bump for Lent.
Wait...FB AND The Bump??? Isn't that illegal or something...
No joke. She might as well give up email and texting while she's at it because I already feel like she's completely unreachable.
It's total free reign for us all to run amok.
:::amok, amok, amok:::
Oh, and YES! Isn't it deLISH!?!?!
WTH mc... if you give up the bump for lent how the hell do you get the praise you deserve? Someone remind me to praise her after Easter.

How long did you cook it? Mine was a bit dry, too, but I cooked it for about . . . 11 hours.

If you like the molten lava cakes, this is right up your alley. Your delicious, chocolate-filled alley. HOLYCRAP was it good. In fact, I'm drooling just thinking about it now.

Enjoy, I know I will!
I had the same issue and was thinking that I would try searing it first if I make it again. The flavor was good, but I thought mine was dry, too.
Glad it worked for you, agran! We just made it last night.
No need to sear. If you have a smaller crockpot, try that. When I make it, I use the smaller crockpot, so the liquid is covering nearly all of the tenderloin. Other than that, I'm not sure why others have it coming out dry. When I make it, it is fork tender.
