  I was really intimidated with it too.  I used it a few times but didn't think I quite got the hang of it.... until I watched a few vidos on you-tube.  There are some great videos out there that show how they work.  I really like mine and DD seems to be really cozy in it.

  Check out the videos on Moby's website. As for a nurse helping you, I wouldn't bet on them knowing how to wrap baby. I bet you can figure it out from the videos, but seeing if there is a local babywearing group is another idea.

  Mine came with an instruction manual, and after a couple practices, I feel like I have it down now. Granted, that is with a stuffed animal. Can you find a PDF of the manual online if the videos on the web site aren't helping?
