NOT good news from the Kidney Dr :(

We were just told this evening by the kidney Dr. that our baby Cody will need dialysis 10 hrs a day for three years. Then he can get his kidney transplant. My husband and I are heart broken. We have an aptointment next Tuesday to talk to some more specialist and to get a tour of the dialysis center. Lots of prayers are needed please.

(((HUGS))) It's never easy news to hear, but it's manageable and he will still have a great life, even on dialysis!
Are they talking about putting him on peritoneal dialysis? (I assume so, if they're talking about 10 hours at a time)

Prayers sent your way. ?I'm so sorry. ?It's amazing how strong and resilient these babies are, though.... certainly stronger than me!
