allergy meds while nursing?
A friend was asking about the safe antihistamines to take while nursing and other than benadryl (not to take for decreasing supply)...I don't remember! We both could look it up, but you girls are MUCH more thorough and efficient, so thought I'd ask.

I always just went to Kellymom and check. Here is the page for colds and allergies. There are charts at the bottom and some things to try w/out the meds if she wants.
