Update--DH's satellite

Scrubbed launches two days in a row due to high upper level winds.  DH now has to work all weekend to reconfigure stuff, then fly off to CA to redo a bunch of stuff there.  And since there's something else scheduled to launch next week, the Atlas is going to be put back in the shed for now.

BUMMER BUMMER BUMMER

This is why Florida is such a crappy place to launch stuff.. too much rain and clouds.  They need to move these operations to Arizona or Nevada, where the weather is always the same!
