Re: Healthy Living Check In!
The good- I lost 6 poinds with my stomach flu and it seems like 3 of those are going to stay off! Yeah I know it's not ideal but it got me under a weight I have been struggling with for months.
The bad- the flu totally threw me off and I only exercized once this week.
The proud- I have been pretty good about not eating the small temptations- I'm especially proud with all the Valentines goodies around!
The plan- I want to start tracking my caloric intake and go workout at least 3 times this week.
The good - We had a wonderful mini-vacation to Disneyland on Sunday/Monday, just DH, DD & I. It was a really nice treat & was such a joy to see her eyes light up with every new thing. It was nice to just have fun and forget about stuff.
The bad - My EDD is looming, and I'm getting anxious. I'm not so much worried about the exact day, but that once it passes I will fall apart because then he will really have "supposed to have been here". Also I feel like everyone I know IRL has forgotten by now & doubt anyone will remember my due date.
The proud - I'm officially BELOW my pre-pregnancy weight. It's amazing but exercise actually does work! I'm proud that I have stuck with it.
The plan - Start TTC next month. My cycles are SO irregular so wish us luck!
Congrats on being below pp weight!!! That's awesome, and hopefully puts you on the right track for TTC. :-)
I hope your EDD isn't as bad as you are expecting. I know that for some of my milestones the time leading up to them have actually been worse than the actual date. Not sure if that helps you at all, but I'm hoping it's an ok day for you. (((HUGS)))
The Good - My husband and I signed up to do the March of Dimes Walk for Babies and after just over a week we've already hit our goal so I upped our goal. We also have our tattoos scheduled to be done on 3/12/12. We're super excited.
The Bad - I'm still reeling over the insensitive letter and information we received from the sister hospital of the hospital where Corbin passed. I plan on writing a letter to them soon. I was doing "alright" up to that point and now I'm back down. Again.
The Proud - Last week was a big week of "firsts" for me. I finally went into Corbin's room for the first time since he passed and went to visit our friends and their baby in the same NICU where Corbin was.
The Plan - to come up with a plan. I need to lose some weight and I need to figure out what to do with my life. DH and I decided to hold off on TTCAL until after our Mediterranean cruise at the end of October.
In memory of Corbin Scott 10/28/11-12/3/11. Heaven got another angel the night you left this world behind Heaven got a little better the day it took you away from me Missing you tonight, see you again sometime For now I'll close my eyes and dream of heaven tonight I'll love you forever I'll like you for always Now and Forever My baby you'll be

The good - I laughed for the first time in a long while.
The bad - I immediately felt guilty.
The proud - I talked to a pregnant co-worker.
The plan - got my period finally. HSG scheduled to hopefully get the ball rolling.
